We've carried out some internal work which involved removing this from customers accounts.
It won't cause anyone any issues as we haven't supplied that router for a long time.

Thanks for the reply. I'm glad you understand what has happened - can you explain it to me please? Why was it on my account in the first place? If I had one and it was online would it have blown up?

Nothing at all would have happened to your account or router. It was simply a tidy up as this 'component' was no longer needed on accounts so it was removed, nothing at all to worry.
