I was supposed to be hearing back from Plusnet on Tuesday, it is now Friday and still no phone call

We are in direct communications with BT over trying to get this resolved.
Based on the issue at hand it may be worth contacting BT to see if they can get their asset reinstated for the interim, as I simply cannot provide a lead time for the fix at the moment.
Really sorry for the hassle caused.

Just to add insult to injury, I've just received my monthly bill from PlusNet dated 26/4/2015 billing me for BT Sport from 2/4/15 to 25/4/15  and then again for 26/4/15 to 25/5/15.
Complete incompetence and really insulting!

The issue is still ongoing
I received a text message from plusnet last night stating that they have heard from bt that this issue will be resolved next week (I think it said 25th)
Let's hope it is, and let's hope that there are no more problems with getting the service, it's been way way to long of an ongoing problem and truly created a lot of unnecessary stress for customers like me

BT are currently in the process of solving the issue, and hope to have it rectified in full by the 25th May, but we will keep you posted Smiley

That date has been and gone and still the issue is not resolved

Now been told the issue is on hold until June 4th when BT are running yet another update.
Poor, poor customer service, inept even.  What else can one say?

STILL not fixed
I got a message from plusnet last week telling me it had been fixed, then when I replied and asked 'are you sure' I got a reply from someone else who told me no the issue is not resolved and is still ongoing
So I have been lied to yet again, I have asked for an apology (it should surely be forthcoming and no something you ask for) but as yet no appology
This is just silly, please get it sorted

Its not 14 days since I had a reply on the support ticket, surely this is unacceptable?
14 days, and no one has had the courtesy to email or ring me and tell me whats going on?
