BT, Sky or Talk-Talk

Tomorrow will be exactly 6 weeks since I first reported my internet connectivity problems to Plusnet, and 1 letter to the MD, 2 engineer visits and 3 routers later nothing has changed. As far as I can ascertain, Plusnet thinks it's BT's fault, BT thinks it's Plusnet's fault, and nobody actually has a clue. Anyway, time to move on. At least that will determine once and for all whether the problem is with the network or the CP. My options seem to be BT or the local LLU operators, Sky or Talk-Talk. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Hi Charlatan,
My colleague Tony has been dealing with your case though, so I have sent him a message asking for an update.

Re: BT, Sky or Talk-Talk

I'm hoping that we can get you on different equipment at the exchange. This should result in a vast improvement for you.
