An un-mannerly Practice

PlusNet has a practice of not answering an unexpected email. It sends it back to sender accompanied by a bunch of implausible excuses, and recommends that the sender should go through a bureaucratic minefield of possibly unfamiliar website options in order to convey her or his intended information.

Has it always been thus? Or is the take-over to blame?

Hi, I have been a memebr over 4 years now and there has never been a email option , it's always been forum, live chat, phone, Twitter, if there were one it's been long gone.
