All good so far

After 12 years with NTL/Virgin I've switched to plusnet. Virgin's broadband is fast and reliable but now the kids have left home I was paying for speed I didn't need.
Their "Anytime" call package was a joke though, as I was frequently billed an additional £15+ per month for non inclusive calls (mostly 0845 numbers).
My pre-order questions were answered promptly and sensibly by plusnet staff, and the switch was on schedule (we already had a BT line).
Our cable to the exchange is over 4km long and runs under an electric railway line so I was surprised and pleased to get a (so far) reliable 3.6Mbps download speed.
The much-maligned Technicolor router works very well, providing a better signal around our house than my Belkin MIMO.
Keep it up please!  Smiley
