Plusnet - I think you need to review your template ticket messages!

I'm pretty confident all the stock ticket templates have been updated to £50, so I'm assuming whoever did this was using their own template and hasn't updated it.
Could you PM me the account username/ticket ref this relates to so I can pass the feedback on to them.
