So we reach the end of another week and it's time to have a look where we've appeared in the press over the past 7 days. We've had a couple of mentions this week and both have been very complimentary. First up, we were mentioned by Miss Pennypincher in a Telegraph article about the best broadband packages. We we're the first provider mentioned in the article with the following: "One of the best standalone broadband deals available at the moment is Plusnet's package, which costs £9.99 a month and offers up to 8Mb broadband with a 1 Gigabyte (GB) download limit between the hours of 8am and midnight." At the other end of the spectrum we were also commended by industry website Telecoms.com in an article about the honesty of UK broadband providers. Whilst the article focused on the fact that the majority of "UK ISPs should swallow their pride and start being honest about broadband" they commended the tools our customers can use: "On the fixed-line side of the market, UK ISP PlusNet enables subscribers to access an even more detailed breakdown of their usage via an online tool." followed by: "......offers all comers an insight into traffic on its network and how it is managed on its customer-support pages." We're expecting to see some good coverage next week as we look to promote the upcoming LAN party some more so keep your eyes peeled for more PlusNet news. If you've seen anything over the past week or so that we've missed off then please add the details below.
