At PlusNet we know we can only succeed by listening carefully to our customers and responding quickly where they tell us things could be better.
That's why we have now launched a new monthly customer survey, allowing us to collect regular feedback about the service we are providing. The results will help to focus us on the areas where customers would like us to improve and will demonstrate the impact of the changes we are making.
To thank customers who participate, each month we will choose one person at random to receive a free years Broadband connection. To give us consistency we will be asking our customers to participate and complete the survey once each month. We will publish the collected results regularly via our blogs on the Community Site.
