Many of our customers will be aware that they can set a maximum monthly price limit on their broadband service, by using a tool called Data Transfer Watch (DTW).
Combined with View My Broadband Usage (VMBU) this allows you to have complete control over your usage, and your monthly bill from us.
Those of you who aren't familiar with DTW can take a look at the Community Support Library article I've just published on the subject here.
Remember, if you have an account which doesn't have a set allowance, or doesn't allow you to purchase extra usage, this tool isn't available to you.
