Several weeks ago I installed an external security camera .It was set up initially adjacent to my router using the ethernet cable
and worked fine. I then installed it on the outside of my property without the ethernet cable and it continued to work perfectly well until I was sent a new router by Plusnet. (the old one stopped working)
The router is set to 2.4 GHz but regardless of which channel I set it to it still will not connect .
Any ideas how to help the camera connect ?
