Looking at the pictures attached to your profile.

I suspect they are located in that position because of the need for two power plugs Hub and ONT also it is an outside wall.

You could move the Hub from it's current position by replacing the cable between the Hub Two and the ONT (the box in the corner).

or

If it's the Hub lights bothering you they can be dimmed or turned off.

http://192.168.1.254 navigate from ->Home -->Hub light control. You will need the Hubs admin password found on the removable card.

For the ONT maybe some opaque tape across the lights
