Wifi phones won't always connect. Various error messages.

Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear you are experiencing this problem. As it is just the two phones can you advise the following;

• Does the same happen on a different wireless network other than your Plusnet one?
• Have you tried changing the channel?, if so did this provide any help?

Hi. Thanks for picking up on this. Yes, to the channels question - sorry, I have mentioned a few times now that I've tried all channels and this has had no effect. I know you have to try the obvious first though, so thanks anyway.

However, your first point is the next thing I need to try. Hopefully tomorrow I'll be in another house where I can try their wifi. I'll report back. Thanks.
