WiFi range

Hi - just set up my Plusnet two hub. Speeds are great. However the range is nothing compared to my EE Hub. I can’t get a WiFi signal upstairs which is a huge problem as that’s where my office is! Any suggestions greatly appreciated

Re: WiFi range

@jenfadee77

Which product are your on SOGEA (FTTC) or Full Fibre?

Is there any possibility of running ethernet cable - even externally?

If EE haven't asked for their router back you may be able to use that if it's not locked (others will advise).

You could also reconfigure it as a wireless point to confirm that it’s better than the Plusnet router and with minimal disruption if you have to send it back - you just get another wireless point or a used EE router (or similar) to reconfigure again.
