Vigor 167 setup for VDSL2

Hi, Has anyone successfully setup Vigor 167 with Plusnet VDSL2. Can you please share your setup.

Great many thanks, looks like I have the non UK version, I will order the 167-K (UK) and try again.

@Kayman  Think you are being a bit hasty, as far as I can see from the Draytek website there are no different hardware versions of this device. the 167-K version just has firmware with default configuration for Openreach VDSL2 in the UK. 

The BT forum link is not helpful at all, the so called expert who admits to making a lot of mistakes says you need the UK version with no explanation as to why. I would ignore this kind of useless advice.

The V167 is very flexible and can be configured in many ways but by default it is a simple modem which you connect to your router which would be set up with a PPPoE WAN connection and your PLusnet username and password.

The particular part of the modem configuration for Openreach VDSL2 is a service VLAN tag of 101, have a look at the quick start guide for more info.

I'm sure your Vigor 167 can be set up to work correctly with Plusnet
