Strugling to connect smart clocks to internet

Hi All,

 

new to the world of Plusnet and overall not impressed over the last month.  having trouble connecting my smart clocks and alexa to the router. goes all the way to connect and then shows an error of connecting to router.

Are there any settings in the router that i can disable to allow them on?

 

Also small thing, how do you update the time on the router? mine is an hour out. not the end of the world but annoying.

Sorry to hear you're having problems.

I've pushed an update to your hub to fix the time issue. You'll need to restart your hub to apply it.

Hoping it resolves your other issues too.
