Hi. How do I set the hub so I can select which band to connect a device to like 2.4 or 5

I don't think you can - the device will 'find' the best band to connect to. Why do you need to specify the band?

Cos my coffee machine keep losing connection and Jura said it need be connected to 2.4

Ah. In that case, try temporarily disabling the 5GHz, connect your machine whilst only the 2.4 is available, then re-enable the 5GHz.

I don't think you can

@jab1 you think correctly, you can't separate the bands on a Hub 2

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
