I'm an existing customer and have just upgraded to fibre extra. I need to enquire into replacing my existing plusnet hub one router which i've had for around 4 years now. The router has recently become quite noisy, especially when we're streaming.
It sounds like an old hard disk drive, and quite off putting while watching films etc.
How do you enquiry into getting a replacement?
