I'm pretty sure that back in the day there was a service status page, but I'm going back decades. I've been with Plusnet over 20yrs, from the days of broadband PAYG packages 😁
It would be a good idea but likely not going to happen from either Plusnet or open reach 😞

😀😀. We've gone backwards. Now we just have to sit around and hope it gets fixed, with no ETA or anything. That's progress for you!!
