I have been re-organising my home network which involved swapping two physical machines.
One is an Asus that was called JGSERVER the other a Gigabyte called JGMAIN, both with fixed IP addresses.
The swap meant both their names and IP addresses were swapped.
My Plusnet Hub Two has each machine in its cache under "My Network" with the old credentials and I cannot remove or edit them.
I have rebooted the Plusnet Hub Two and every computer on the network but these entries seem stuck and are causing chaos since if I try and access the machines by name I get the wrong one.
Is there a way to clear that cache please? I have cleared saved Credentials on the computers but can't seem to on the Plusnet Hub Two.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

You say that you have rebooted the Hub. Did you insert a paperclip or similar in the reset hole and hold the switch closed until you got a green light?
If not, try it.

If all the devices are not connected it may be possible to delete them from the Advanced Settings
Navigate from Home >Advanced settings >My network >My devices
In the devices list change the Filter from ALL to Not connected . Devices can only be deleted from the list when they are NOT connected
Provided the remove icon is plus red you should be able to delete it.

It seems if I put a paper clip in the reset hole it resets the modem to factory settings.
Is there a way to clear the cache without doing this? It seems odd it doesn't clear on a re-boot.
