Having followed the advice on here re: updating firmware on Hub One - factory reset via pinhole, my router is still reporting

My Hub One has been powered on the past 12 months so why would it be on the ceased list?

Did we provide you with the Hub One, or was is aquired via some other means?
Assuming I'm looking at the correct account, then I can't see any record of a Hub One ever being ordered.
