PlusNet Hub Two - Port forwarding Issues

Hi Folks, I have a Plusnet Hub Two router on a FTTP connection. A while ago i set up a number of Port Forwarding rules which have worked fine.
I now need to change the rules as i'm changing hardware etc, however I can't change or delete the rules I have.

I have factory reset the router a couple of times and they just reappear, I have deleted them and they reappear. Plus I cant even change them.

Any one had a similar issue? I have created some new ones but they don't seem to be working.

Many Help would be great.

Re: PlusNet Hub Two - Port forwarding Issues

@TimCutbush welcome to the forum.

I've NOT had issues as you have described with a Hub two.

When you say factory reset, are you using the GUI option through advanced settings or the reset hole next to the Hubs power switch?

If not using the reset hole I would suggest trying that, using a paperclip or similar hold the reset switch in for around 30 seconds until the Hub light goes green.

Let us know how you get on.

Hi @Dan_the_Van

I've tried both methods of resetting neither worked. First time i did it via the web page second time i did it via the Pin hole at the rear of the router. Thanks for the suggestion though.

Re: PlusNet Hub Two - Port forwarding Issues

@TimCutbush

Just powered up my Hub two, looking at your attachment the green ticket next to the red X means it is a UPnP created rule

So it will keep returning, I would turn off UPnP if not required.

RLC-52 sounds like a Reolink camera
