As per the title my partner's hairdryer exploded last night, tripping the fuse on our upstairs ring, When we reconnected the plusnet router no longer powered on. I'm back online with an old router that I've managed to configure but would prefer to have an up to date Plusnet one.
I'm 6 months into a 24 month contract and anoyingly didn't bother with the router upgrade at renewal. Am I able to request one now and if so how do I go about it please?

The PSU or Router was ready to fail and the unexpected power cut provided an event to exposed it.

I dare say that's true but it doesn't really answer my question.

You could pick up the phone now and request a replacement for a failed router.

Ah right - it's a phone up job then.
That's what I was asking really.
Bit surprising these days to not be able to request it online.
Thanks
