Ordering a router

I’ve arranged for broadband and it says activation is on 23rd however I haven’t received a router. I can’t see anything on my account nor paperwork about one being sent, can someone confirm I’ll definitely receive one? I don’t recall an option to order when arranging the broadband. Hope someone can help! Thanks Smiley

Fix

The router ships a few days before your service is due to be activated.

Given the date you're going live, I'd expect dispatch from the warehouse tomorrow. Likely you'll receive confirmation of dispatch tomorrow evening or early hours of the morning after.
