I signed up for a new broadband deal on 11 November and I was prompted to order a new router. As I had the two box setup before I decided to take advantage of the offer. The postage charge was paid but so far no router has been delivered. Perhaps someone from Plusnet could please check the order for me.

@LynneR - I've given things a kick at this side. I expect the router will arrive in the post on Wednesday/Thursday.
