Hello, I have had a Plusnet router for around 9 months and over the past few days I have noticed that it is buzzing. Having read previous posts, I disabled 5G and reset it but it’s still there. What else can I do please? Thank you

I'm sorry to see your router's making noises even after disabling the 5GHz wireless frequency and resetting your router.
I've arranged to send you a replacement now you should receive within the next 3 to 5 working days.
