Today my router has started making a static noise, like it's shorting out (I have a short video of it where it can be heard). I've tried restarting it but the noise has gradually got louder again after coming back very faint once turned back on

@bazalfoster A lot of Hub 1 routers do this but it is deemed to be within acceptable noise levels. If you don't agree find a different modem router. The BT Home Hub 6 is a popular alternative and is a lot better than the Hub 1.
