New modem router

I have an old Openreach modem from Plusnet (labelled NGA ECI-CPE MODEM TYPE 1B, manufactured 2012), connected to my own AsusRT-AC66U B1 router, as the Plusnet router I had was poor.  The Openreach engineer attended today and expressed surprise at seeing the modem and noted that Plusnet should be able to send me a new modem router.  I am also out of contract and considering renewing, as I could obviously obtain a new modem router from Sky or BT but would hope to get a new one from Plusnet.

 

Does anyone know how I would go about getting the latest modem router from Plusnet?

If you take out a new contract and ask they will give you a Hub One combined modem/router, you just pay the P&P.
