New Router

Hello,

Are PlusNet bringing out a new router any time soon? The current one is based off the very old version of the BT home hub.

Re: New Router

I very much doubt that you will get an answer to this one. Many of us have bought a BT Smarthub 6 for £20-30 from Ebay and use that. You will find the set up instructions on the Router board.

If you currently have a Hub Zero the performance will be in a different league. However you need to separate the 2.4 and 5 GHz bands, again information is on the router board.

Re: New Router

Hi @mactell

Thanks for getting in touch.

I'm not aware of any plans to release a new router at present. I expect that any announcement of such would be done universally via our marketing team in line with whichever deals are available at the time.

Or should that be 'timer', @Baldrick1? Wink

Best wishes

Dave
