So got up and running today after moving from Virgin 200mb service, not voluntarily I might add but due to moving to a non virgin enabled area! Anyway plugged in my Amazon Firestick, tried to use my remote control app and it can't find the stick for me to be able to connect it to the wifi. A bit of Googling and forum searching suggest the problem is multicast support? I've had a little look in the router settings but can't see anywhere to check/change. So does the hub one support multicast? Or do I have to spend £20 on a new proper remote?! Many Thanks in advance if you can help in layman's terms!

Hi there and welcome to our community forums.
The Hub One does support multicast.
Can you try the steps Here letting us know how you get on?

Hi, thank you for your reply! I tried those steps but it made no difference to the Amazon remote app recognising the firestick, the only thing it changed was my Galaxy s7 Edge then connected to 2.4 instead of 5GHz.
