Helo

I have signed up for 900 fibre I assume the pulse net router they send won't get the full benefit of the speed.  So what do you guys suggest me to buy please

Re: Helo

@rooky The Hub2 which you will get has 1Gb ports, so in theory, it will deliver the full 900Mb, but, like any router, it depends on a number of factors.

Hardware isn't my strong-point, so I'll leave it to others to explain in more detail.

Re: Moving back to Plus Net

Just get a wireless point and add it to your existing router.

@rooky Yes - as you would the Hub2, and then enter your username and account password.

Re: Helo

@rooky

There isn't a simple answer to getting "the full 900Mb/s" over WiFi.

Firstly you need good (and modern) devices and secondly a good router or mesh system.

There tends to be a fairly strong correlation between cost and quality for mesh systems and the cheap mesh system that everyone is satisfied with doesn't seem to exist.

Start off with the supplied Plusnet hub then see where you go from there.

I am the satisfied customer....
