I didn't dispute what @Baldrick1 said at the time, but now you mentioned it, I checked my box: it says the same as yours!

I joined Plusnet about a year ago, so maybe the contracts have changed since Baldrick1 first joined PN?

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

I think that it depends on when you received the Hub2, (or had it replaced by Plusnet)?

BT's "rules" changed in December 2019.

Obviously in 2003 you wouldn't have been using a Hub2, so possibly when you re-contracted at some point since then?

There’s difference between asking for it back and charging for it if it’s not returned. Have you seen any reference to the implications of failing to send it back?
