Manhattan SX Freesat box won't connect to WIFI

Trivial I know but it bugs me:

Manhattan SX  Freesat box instructions -

 • To receive software updates over the internet, connect the SX to your router using an Ethernet cable. Alternatively, you can connect using Wi-Fi during the initial setup.

The Wifi connect dialogue shows my wireless as available however after entering the Wifi password the message issued is "Can't connect to network - try again". Repeated attempts result in the same. 

No supporting messages, any ideas, router of freesat box?

Which router?

If Hub1 split the WiFi bands and try connecting to the 2.4 SSID.
