Re: Hub One Firmware Updates

@Manny7860 According to Bob Pullen in another thread......

"Firmware/software version 4.7.5.1.83.8.237.2.2

This is the most recent firmware iteration."

So you've got it.

Re: Hub One Firmware Updates

@bobpullen Hi bob, I did PM you but just in case you didn't see. I checked my firmware and my hub one is still on 4.7.5.1.83.8.217.1.1 What do I need to do to get it updated? I've reset with a paperclip twice now and it still doesn't update. I'm not sure if I'm registered on your end?

Re: Hub One Firmware Updates

if you are really bored https://www.broadband-forum.org/technical/download/TR-069_Amendment-2.pdf

but i think it maybe that the firmware is there ready to go, will need a reboot i think although i think that should have been automagic

having said that https://ceased.tr69.p; looks wrong to me, in fact https://community.plus.net/t5/My-Router/TR069-events/td-p/1434031 is a discussion of this

@Gandalf so plusnet needs to get on the case i think?

Re: Hub One Firmware Updates

Ah yes, I see from that forum thread others with the same problem. And on this thread too. When an account is terminated, PlusNet also remove the Hub's serial number from the management system. So it changes the url to the ceased one. My router is not originally mine. And so would need to be linked to my account I think.

If a lovely person such as @Gandalf or @bobpullen could be so kind?

Re: Hub One Firmware Updates

Mind PMing me your router serial number and MAC number (near the barcodes)?

Re: Hub One Firmware Updates

Thanks for confirming the latest software version.

I suggest that one of the PlusNet fixed messages in the My Router forum could be a short note detailing for each extant PlusNet Router the latest software version; when it was issued; and how to obtain should the router not have updated. I hope it wouldn't have to change too often and suspect it would have shortened this thread considerably.
