Hub One Event Log Settings


I have been trying to use the event log on my Hub One router but the entries are strange.

There is a block from last November, then a big gap and then the last few days. I have had a line/ exchange problem (Monday 6th July from 09:00 to 11:00 approx) and have reset the router several times.

What is the specification for the event log?

What settings are there (if any)?

Can anybody help me?
