Hub 2 smarthome problems

Hi,

I just got the Hub 2 and because it won't let me split bandwidths, I am really struggling to connect my smart home to it. I have Long Covid and I am reliant on using my smart home. I'm very grateful for advice.

Thanks in advance,

Suzey

PS Due to LC, I now have brain damage so I'm grateful for your patience.

Re: Hub 2 smarthome problems

Login to the Hub and temporarily disable the 5ghz wireless. Your Smarthome should then connect. Once connected , you should be able to reenable 5ghz and the Smarthome will stay connected.

Wow, thank you so much, MisterW! I had genuinely given up hope and reinstalled the old router. Will fix the new one tomorrow, thank you!

If the old router works and you're happy with it , then leave it in. Just keep the new one as a spare just in case.
