Hi. ISPs always say speeds will vary for the first 10 days while they stabilise the connection. Do I have to wait until the new 10 day settling period finishes before swapping to a BT router or can I do it straight away? I've set up the Plusnet router.
@Mindfulmatt If you are on FTTC then there is no 10 day training period, you can change the router whenever you like. I think ISPs perpetuate this fallacy so they don't need to do anything for 10 days if there is a problem after activation.☹️
