What App?

The replies that you are receiving are referring to the wireless password.

However, some people mistakenly refer to their broadband connection as 'their WiFi'. If this is the case here you need to log in to your Plusnet Account and change it. After doing this you need to switch your hub off for a minute or two then restart it.
