DSL-320B ADSL Configuration

I have acquired a Dlink DSL-320B modem to replace a Vigor-120 that failed. I use a separate Netgear router where the DSL credentials are already set. What mode should I configure the modem in? I'm guessing Bridge Mode since the other modes require the DSL credentials to be entered in the modem.
