DNS Problems?

My Internet works perfectly. I can go to any URL most of the time however sometimes, I cant goto any * service. I also cant send/receive emails, ONLY when connected through the Plusnet Hub ONE. If I connect via my mobile phone tethering to same machine, everything works PERFECTLY.

Then Plusnet "Refresh" something and it all works fine for a short while, then stops again.

I am sure it is to do with DNS but cannot change the DNS inside the HUB ONE.

This is driving me crazy. Please help

Hi there, 

That's an unusual problem to say the least but let's dig in and get it sorted. 


Is there any apparent pattern to when that happens? 


I've just been testing the line and we're not seeing anything obvious, do you have access to another known working router you could try out to see if that changes anything in relation to this?


it might help if you can try running a traceroute to our DNS at the time it happens in case that reveals something to us too.
