Thanks for your post @Lendon92 and welcome to our Community Forums.
You shouldn't need a laptop or computer as just connecting a mobile device to your router's WiFi should also work.
Having said that, I've tested your line and the tests are showing a problem at the cabinet (the green box in the road) so I've raised a fault with Openreach and we'll provide an update as soon as we know more.
Feel free to post back though with how it goes over the next 24-48 hours.
