Plusnet Access control on our Hub One router only list the phones, ipads and Alexa devices connected, not laptops. How can I restrict a device I'd it is not showing? Thanks.
Hi @sk01, thanks for getting in touch. If the device you're looking to set Plusnet access control up isn't showing on the list of devices then usually turning the router off and back on should update this list and show all the devices. I hope this helps and please let us know how it goes.
