Can plus net kick my connection for me?

I often remotely connect to my LAN when on the road, but today it's not working.

I'd like plus net to remote kick my connection, to see if it makes my router reconnect.

If this is possible, who do i contact to get this done?

I'm fairly sure most staff can re-sync the router try live chat here

As there's no active session, there's nothing for us to kick I'm afraid.

What lights are showing on the modem and router?
