Can I throw my old Plusnet Hub One Router away or do Plusnet need them back (for recycling)?

I had my Plusnet Hub Two hub in May 2023 and the Hub One has been sitting in a box unused since then.

I know that Plusnet owns these hubs and the Hub One is end-of-life so do I take it to a tip or must I return it to them? If so how do I do this?

Thank you. I looked into the link and it seems Plusnet have not asked me to return it because I signed up before 1st Feb 2024 (photo). 

Just as well because I have the Plusnet Hub Two box and thought the Hub One was inside it but it isn't. The box is empty. I must have got rid of the Hub One and forgotten but at least I have the box for returning the Hub Two if needed.
