Does anyone know if the extender is compatible with t router.
It will not accept my WPA2 password.

Try pressing the rest button, keep the switch closed for about 10 seconds. Then try again, it should work.

Quite an interring conversation with Plusnet, we reset the router and that resolved one issue, and resetting the WiFi extender fixed the WiFi range issue 👍
