For a year or more I had WiFi issues, particularly on iPhone's where the signal dropped off. I had changed channels, had a new router, reset the router, phoned the technical helpline several times etc.
After seeing an advert for BT saying the UK's strongest WiFi, I bought the Smart Hub 6 (£15 off Facebook), what a difference it makes, any video plays all over the house and scrolling on any social media app works flawlessly.
