Access control device list is empty

I'm trying to set up access control on my new Hub Twm which arrived yesterday.
I successfully added one device last night. Trying to add another one today and the device list is permanently empty whether I try to add a single device or a group.
There are definitely devices connected!
Done a reboot, tried on different browsers/devices but it's still empty so can't set up any more access control:-(
Any ideas?!?!?!?

Re: Access control device list is empty

Any chance you can upload a screenshot that shows what you're referring to?

Re: Access control device list is empty

Attached. The "Select a device" popup appears the same when I try to access it via groups too.

It was a new router yesterday, and I did manage to add one device (seen at the bottom of the screenshot) - so it definitely has worked.

Rebooted, powered off, tried on iPhone, android phone, Edge and Chrome on laptop, and er... all the same! 😞

And the devices page shows ~5 devices connected, and another 4 inactive ones...

Re: Access control device list is empty

Fix

It looks like this is an incompatibility, possibly caused by a firmware upgrade.

I set access control before any upgrades happened, and they got applied ok. The firmware then got updated, and no devices appeared in the list.

Factory reset, and it's worked :-

Re: Access control device list is empty

Glad to hear it's sorted Smiley

Could have been a browser caching issue. I think there were some minor tweaks to Access Controls in the latest firmware which would explain it.
