unable to see the progress of my order

l am unable to see the progress of my order in my account. i am currently switching to fibre broadband. Also i had an email saying my switch over date is today but i have router yet. could someone please help with this matter

Looks like your fibre order was delayed until the 9th September due to engineer availability in your area.

Yeah absolutely (if we change your number while taking over your line then it'll cease your broadband)
