I'm really sorry for the delay. I can see your order actually completed on the 30th July, but we hadn't automatically ordered your router or activated your account. I'm sending your router now we'll put in the post and get to you as soon as we can.
Can you post back once you've received it? We'll then activate your account for you so you can use your broadband.
