{strCustActivationDate} - Activation date

Hi, 

 

I have received my router and an activation date for my broadband on the 20th January for my broadband. 

 

However when I check progress it states '{strCustActivationDate}' with no date! 

 

Please can someone help? I am struggling without internet.
