Order stuck and no replies to tickets

I placed an order on 9th Dec. Just before Christmas I was told there was a delay but was not told the reason. I phoned up and was told because I was currently on JLBB it had confused the system.

I would be informed an activation date within 24hours.

First January no update or reply.

Still not heard from Plusnet, and order tracker still stuck. I’ve now been billed by JLBB for my continued service at the higher price for being out of contract rate!!

Please could someone from Plusnet help sort this mess out. It’s scary to believe that JLBB is run by Plusnet, and yet somehow communication between the two is worse than with a third party provider.
